Beer Bavarian Style

The founder of Innsbrucker Bräu is originally from Bavaria, living in Innsbruck since 2013. So, the love of delicious beer comes naturally. The Innsbrucker Bräu is founded in Tyrol´s heart 2023 as small-scale handcraft brewery, brewing different types of beer based on the flavor of typical Bavarian beer types, e.g. Bavarian Helles (Lager), Dark beers, Wheatbeers and other seasonal delicacies.

Regional. Sustainable. Transparent.

One clear goal of Innsbrucker Bräu is to source all ingredients from local farmers which are grown regionally an in an ecologically sustainable manner. Regionality means focusing on close areas such as Austria, and Southern Germany. In the upcoming years, the origins and quality of basic commodities such as barley and hops will be guaranteed by long-term contracts with local farmers.

To not only use regionalty and sustainability as trendy phrases, all suppliers will be disclosed transparently on our homepage. Our resource producers are not only suppliers to us. Over time we would love to grow friendships and maintain personal relations with the farmers. We want to respect our raw materials and enable our farmers to grow our resources as environmental-friendly as possible.

For a small or even positive ecological foodprint, transport, Co²-emissions, energy consumption and more will be our highest concern and will be fairly compensated to achieve these. Achieving a high level of recycling waste from the brewing process is another important goal to us.
